Our Products

Value-Added Products from Every Part of Sugarcane

We manufacture a diverse range of products including sugar, ethanol, syrup, molasses, bagasse fuels, pellets, briquettes, fly ash, and press mud compost.
Each product is produced through an integrated process that converts every part of sugarcane into energy, industrial resources, and agricultural value.
Our approach ensures operational efficiency, environmental responsibility, and long-term value creation for farmers, industries, and communities.

Sugar

3

White Sugar :

Refined, high-purity crystalline sugar produced under controlled processing to ensure uniform quality and clarity. Suitable for food processing, beverages and everyday household consumption.

4

Brown Sugar :

Natural cane sugar retaining light molasses content, providing a distinct color, aroma & mild caramel flavor. Suitable for baking, desserts, traditional sweets & specialty food preparation applications.

Raw Sugar :

Primary cane sugar crystals obtained during initial processing while preserving natural characteristics.
Suitable as an industrial raw material for refining, distillation, and food manufacturing processes.

Ethanol, Syrup & Molasses :

Ethanol :

High-quality ethanol produced through controlled fermentation and distillation of cane-based molasses.Used for fuel blending, industrial applications, and supporting cleaner alternative energy solutions.

6

Syrup :

Syrup is a concentrated liquid derived from cane juice during the early stage of sugar processing, retaining natural sweetness and flavor. Used in food preparation, confectionery products, and as a base ingredient in various processing industries.

7

Molasses :

Molasses is a thick, dark liquid obtained after sugar crystallization, rich in fermentable sugars and minerals. Widely used in distilleries, fermentation processes, cattle feed, and other industrial applications.

Biomass :

8

Pellets :

Sugarcane bagasse pellets are a renewable, high-efficiency biofuel made from the fibrous residue left after sugar extraction. With a high calorific value and low ash content, they are used in boilers, furnaces, and power plants as a cleaner, cost-effective alternative to coal.

9

Briquettes :

Bagasse briquettes are renewable, eco-friendly solid fuel made from compressed sugarcane residue. It serve as a sustainable, low-sulfur alternative to coal & wood, offers high thermal value & low ash. Widely used in industrial boilers, furnaces, helps to reduce deforestation.

10

Bagasse :

Bagasse is the fibrous, dry residue left after crushing sugarcane stalks to extract juice. It is commonly used as a renewable biomass fuel and as raw material for paper, boards, and bio-energy production across industries.

Agro Nutrient Solutions :

11

Press Mud Compost :

Press mud compost is a nutrient-rich, dark brown organic material produced during the filtration of sugarcane juice. Used in agriculture, it acts as a natural soil conditioner, improving soil structure, moisture retention, and the availability of nutrients such as N, P, K, and calcium.

Fly Ash :

Sugarcane bagasse fly ash (SCBFA) is a silica-rich byproduct generated by burning bagasse for energy. It is used in wastewater treatment, as a supplementary cementitious material in construction, and as a soil amendment in agriculture.
