Power Generation

Clean & Green Energy From Co-generation & Solar

Shree Tuljabhavani Sugar operates integrated power plants that combine bagasse-based cogeneration and solar energy systems, delivering a robust and sustainable power supply across all units. With a total installed capacity of 25+ MW, our cogeneration plants convert sugarcane residue (bagasse) into both electricity and steam, ensuring high operational efficiency and near-zero waste.

Complementing this, our solar power infrastructure helps further reduce dependence on non-renewable sources, supporting cleaner production processes and energy diversification. The combined setup allows us to meet internal power demands while also contributing surplus green energy to the local grid./p>

🔹Our co-generation plant produces steam and electricity simultaneously using bagasse, a renewable sugarcane by-product.

🔹The facility has an installed capacity of over 25 MW, supporting both captive consumption and surplus power export.

🔹This integrated energy system ensures efficient fuel utilization and reliable plant operations throughout the crushing season.

🔹By replacing fossil fuels, bagasse-based power significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impact.

🔹Surplus electricity generated is supplied to the grid, contributing clean and sustainable energy to the region.

🔹The solar power installation harnesses sunlight through photovoltaic panels to generate clean electricity.

🔹Solar energy supports plant operations by reducing peak load demand and overall energy consumption from conventional sources.

🔹The system operates with zero emissions and minimal maintenance requirements.

🔹Integration of solar power strengthens our commitment to renewable energy and sustainable industrial practices.

🔹Solar generation complements co-generation power and helps lower the overall carbon footprint of our operations.
